It was quiet we slept well

No mattress protectors always worried about bed bugs when we travel but there were t any but mattress protectors are important. When it was time to check out a gentleman saw me standing at the desk and just walked back in the office that was so rude! A young lady eventually came and checked us out but the wait was unnecessary. The pool did not say it was closed online when I booked room I booked specifically to swim but was told at check in it was closed . And no one responded to my questions online prior to Our stay
