The hot breakfast was not. It was more like what is usually called continental breakfast with very limited offerings. The pool was empty with no jacuzzi offered. There was a hold placed on my credit card and I had not been notified that this would be

The hotel was not very clean, and the building was a bit beat up and run down. The outer entry doors did not always close correctly, allowing anyone to enter the hotel.

It was conveniently located to everything, but a little rough of a neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The clientele was a little rough for the most part. The hotel actually charged my card for my deposit. Then said they will refund it in 4-7 days. Usually its just a hold that is released. The room was slightly dirty.

Management is very rude and not helpful. My room had a water link from up stairs and all the Management told me was it wasn't her fault. With damage clothes and i had to move all my belongings from room to another at 7am with a broken foot by myself.

No elevators. They put us in the 2nd floor with 2 toddlers. We had to bring everything and them up the stairs. Also, one of the comforters in the room had a crusty yellow stain on it. The toilet ran all night and the doors were very difficult to lock.
