Rooms were not serviced entire stay (3 days). Staff was slow and difficult to understand. Renovations in hotel are incomplete and shoddy. Spoke with front desk about a delay in arrival for one party, hotel reservation was cancelled without instructions

It could of been better plus when I went down to get some they looked at me like if I wasn't welcomed

Mainly the staff was not friendly and they never gave me a reason but said I couldn't rent again plus they charged me for a comforter that they said didn't come out clean I told them since I paid for it I wanted it when I took it to the get cleaned it came out like new

The bath tub wasn't good, due to peeling. This is supposed to be "Quality Suites", yet there was nothing Quality about it. The door to the room was about to fall off it's hinges. The window seal are dusty. The water for the shower/tub and sink are all hooked up backwards.

Actually nothing, it was moderate price. Room size was good
Negatives:
When I checked in, the front desk worker didn't even say hello. Only gave us 1 key then acted like it was an inconvenience for a 2nd key. No room service for the 2 nights I was there, breakfast was horrible. The room was not cleaned well, looked like they did repairs to the restroom and didn't even try to make it presentable.

Dirty hallways. Rooms falling apart. The dirtiest pool and hot tub ever. Not warm water in the pool or hot water in the hot tub. Way too much chlorine to try to make it clean, maybe. Felt like I was in a swamp.
