Staff were excellent. From collecting me at airport in the hotel mini-van, till i was dropped off the next morning the care was superb.
I was given some good restaurant information and locations. Morning breakfast was good. I didn't realise they had an indoor piol till later.

Room walls thin so noise from above and sides travels easily.

It was convenient to the airport and clean.

1) the flooring had a big hole on one corner, safety hazard could have cut foot. 2) large dogs were running up and down the interior hallway and also barking from rooms. Staff said this was allowed until 10pm. Pet friendly usually doesnt mean this

The bed and pillows were oh, so cozy. The shuttle took me to the airport right away when requested. Unfortunately, I left before breakfast. So no comment on that.

It was smaller than I expected and the TV service was out for an extended period of time. Also, the variety of snacks to purchase was very limited.
