Positives:
It was a nice room with comfortable bed and furniture, close by parking and a large fridge and decent kitchenette and coffee maker. Towels were good, not scratchy as were the bed linens.
Negatives:
Room was a bit smaller than it appeared online. The room pictured had a loveseat-size couch shown but my room had a stuffed chair. The proximity to the highway makes for continual background noise. I had thought it was a bit further from the highway. Maybe it's a lot quieter on the N. side of the building.

Great little spot for the money, close to uptown, the University, and the Medical center.
Positives:
I liked that it had a full kitchen.
It had everything that was needed to cook and eat.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the first room smelled like smoke, was supposed to be a non smoking. I asked to be moved and they complied. Didn't like that I had to ask for blow dryer, iron and board.

Positives:
The breakfast was great. It was the only place that I had stayed that I felt safe and I recommended it to family members. My granddaughter is getting married in July and I told them to make sure their guest book at your place. I told them it was very nice the kitchen it was excellent.
Negatives:
To be very honest, everything was great like I said, Ive been staying at several motels, and it was the only place I really felt safe

Positives:
The accessible facilities were good. We like the kitchenette supplied with pots and pans. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice towels, etc. in the bathrooms.
Negatives:
No chair just for sitting in the room. Parking is sometimes an issue, not able to park near room.
