We were unlucky to catch a bed bug at this facility, more than 10 bites. When reported to the staff, we were laughed at, like this never happened, impossible. Asked to contact a manager who never reached out to us.

A bit noisy. Next door room had dogs; when the family went out for dinner they left the dogs in the room and the dogs barked until the family returned. The people in the room directly above us were loud walkers. I hate to complain because the staff were terrific, as was the breakfast and comfort. Just a warning to the weary traveler: bring earplugs.

Staff were Not welcoming when we arrived or checked out, bullet hole in elevator door, no screens on windows, we were in rm#202 and opened window. Inadequate parking for truck with trailer, very noisy hotel. Previous roof leak by appearance of water stained lamp shade.
