Positives:
I tried to cancel my reservation because they said they could not give us a ground floor room. My mom is 94 and can't do stairs and they are difficult for me too. We had already decided to cancel when we got that notice and turned around from Española to go back home. It was a hectic morning so when they texted again saying they were able to accommodate us, we had already left a message telling them not to make any other offers, that we were going home and wanted a refund. They can't refund the money but says we will get gift cards. I have yet to see them and I am out $100+!!!

No staff, no AC, no mini fridge, dirty fabric shower curtain, ill fitting window fan that let in tons of bugs.. old and out dated. Outrageous for the price listed.

Positives:
The location had a beautiful mountain across the street . There was no one in office , No coffee made , No breakfast ... Horrible experience.
Negatives:
We walked into an unlocked office . There was not a person around . Our personal sign in record was on top of the counter with my husband name on it for any one to see or sign . Never did see any employees around . So if we would of needed any help WHO would we called POLICE... The bathroom door had a wash cloth to keep it open . The bathtub enamble was peeling bad , The ceiling above bathtub was nasty . Next morning still NO ONE around 10 AM.... We got our personal sign in said that we were leaving . NOT staying another night . Cancel second night . And left to go to another town.
