Negatives: Pool was closed and walls were stained

Negatives: The receptionist was very rude to customers.

Negatives: First of all the staff kept referring to the fact that we booked through a 3rd party and that was why we ended up with the room we had. It was NOT a king suite and what was worst was it was a smoking room. The bathtub had not been cleaned AT ALL. We literally had to soak in god knows how many other peoples grime because the tub would not drain properly!!!!

Negatives: I didn't like that the lady that helped us check in, was sick. She couldn't speak, her voice was gone, she kept coughing. WORST. She didnt wear a mask... 2nd . We found two bugs inside

Negatives: We had to keep getting our room key redone. Standing in the dark while my husband had to go to office to get the key fixed. They also took forever, 3 calls, to get our deposit back.

Negatives: Bathroom small, bad flooring,

Negatives: Everything else. How is this in the La Quinta brand? Would not choose this again. Literally makes me rethink La Quinta all together. Obnoxiously loud and noisy. People knocking on all doors all night long on the first night. The table in the room was so wobbly it seemed like it could collapse if anything was put on it. Fan in the bathroom did not work. Shower had light water pressure and the water would go between hot and cold constantly instead of a steady temperature. The breakfast should not exist. The packaged muffin was sour. The apple juice was pink. The eggs were watery and the biscuits were cold. This place needs some serious adjustments maybe starting with ownership and going down the line.

Negatives: No extras like any chairs or tables or any place for your clothing. Very sparse
