Negatives: First week of July, the swimming pool is out of service indefinitely. Hotel cable system is unworkable and required help from tech staff to turn on TV and use the cable box. This is a comment from one who is quite tech savvy.

Negatives: Pool was out of service. They assigned us a room that we spent the night in, but they never checked us in and instead marked us no show so glad the room was not assigned a second time while we were the room. Staff was nice but did not know what they were doing.

Negatives: No pool and I asked when I called to book and they adjusted me the pool was opened got there and was shut down for months already and that was the main reason for my stay to relax and swim!!!! Issued the wrong room at check in and had to go back down after unpacking and move rooms with no accommodation! I feel I absolutely over paid n got ripped off! Very disappointed.
