Positives: The design was nice
Negatives: Pool & hot tub were not clean My card kept getting turned off I didn’t get any Hilton honors perks- I don’t mean points, but water, breakfast, room upgrade options, etc. I understand I booked third party so won’t get points but presumed due to my Hilton honors membership & status I would still at least get the basics for all members. They said this isn’t the case, but nowhere in the HH terms & conditions does it say we can not USE earned perks / status or use HH once booked elsewhere just that we don’t accrue points.

Positives: Friendly, clean. Night receptionist with white streak in his hair was super helpful and cheerful - please pass on our thanks to him. Food was lovely; had a great steak at night and a lovely omelette in the morning.

Positives: Well kept and clean. Kitchen staff was friendly and quick to tend to our needs and wants.
Negatives: Elevators are slow! When in a rush I’d rather get fast food breakfast, little upset that there is no traditional continental breakfast for just fruit or toast on the run.

Positives: Reception and restaurant staff Tues through Thurs were great.
Negatives: Fri restaurant staff was lacking. Put out minimal items for breakfast and my husband saw the waitress on her phone a lot. This was on 2/23. All other days were great, but Friday's crew was beyond lack luster.

Positives: breakfast was not included with my room
Negatives: I had requested a room on the first floor because of my wife's knee problem but didn't get one. I was told at the desk that because I used booking dot com to make my reservation that my request doesn't get forwarded to the hotel. I also got double charged for my room. I had prepaid the room with booking dot com and my credit card was charged again after checkout. Your manger Austin, helped straighten out the billing charges later after I saw the two charges on my credit card. I also had trouble getting into the lobby to checkout in the morning as your desk person locked the front door while she was away from the desk at 6:00am. A cup of coffee would have been nice for the road. Thanks, Frank Zazula
