The exec-kingrm was above the entry door which was extremely loud sounded like a train & bathroom floor was filthy, asked for a different room manager was very rude. She gave me a handicap room with 2 queen beds,after several attempts I got a standard

The only issue they didn't have USB charging ports in room, I had forgotten my charging block at home , I had to go buy one at gas station it was $27.00 lol I've just never stayed at a hotel that didn't have USB ports . Other then that it was a great place .

Upon checking in the front office person was not welcoming. I am an IHG member and I was surprised. I requested a 1st floor room, end of the hall, away from the elevator. My request was granted via email. I was in the middle of the hall on the second floor. I recently had surgery and I am still sore. I was answered with a response that told me - oh too bad. The breakfast worker on the third was unfriendly. The breakfast worker today was too busy listening to her music and banging around to be bothered. The checkout woman this morning was very nice and professional.

The mattress was like a rock. Nothing worse than driving 20 hrs then trying to sleep on a bed that is horribly uncomfortable in a room that cost $150 per night.
