Description of my room view was not what is described in website. Room had no heat - maintenance provided plug in heater & extra blanket. Awoke to ants all over table. Maintenance came in to spray ants. I am serious and have the pictures to prove it.

The exterior and lobby were beautiful! The restaurants and bar were so appealing to the eye. The food and drinks are delicious and worth the price. All the staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly while they provided excellent service. Whether it was a host, a server, or bartender- they were all wonderful!
Negatives:
Our room was boring and a little dirty. There was a lamp with a burnt out lightbulb. It was dusty and there was a bottle cap right next to the bed. The artwork in our room didn't match the overall theme of the hotel. There wasn't a mini fridge in the room but we thankfully brought a cooler along. There were no available outlets near the bed, which made charging our devices a little inconvenient. The restaurant, bar and pool were closed for the night at 10. It would be nice if at least the bar was open until midnight.

The general and open areas were beautiful well kept and clean. It was great to have a restaurant, gift shop, pool all the areas outside of the room were fantastic. Great location.

The room I stayed in was extremely outdated with very old carpet and the bathroom was very antiquated which really didn’t match the luxury of the hotel.

Positives:
Loved the location as it was close to shopping and restaurants, and the area felt safe. Staff were very friendly, and check in was quick and easy. Absolutely LOVED the decor of the hotel... Will definitely be recommending a start at this hotel to anyone visiting Las Cruces.
Negatives:
The only negative review I have of my stay is that the toilet was not the best (took about three flushes for a proper flush). Also, the pillows were not the most comfortable.
