Bed and pillows were very good.
Property upkeep and clealiness were sub-par to the extent that we will not book La Quinta again. Rate was lowest in the city, but, will not justify another stay.
You get what you pay...
we enjoyed our stay very much. Stephanie was ver accommodating and helpful. only thing was the breakfast it was a little sparse.
the air conditioner was ver noisy
I think I’ve said it...
staff was nice
we were seniors and they gave us a 2nd floor and garbage was piled high outside side entrance, and no ice on 2nd floor
Everything is OK but Noone came to check the broken toilet
Their wasn't enough food made or prepared for all the hotel quests, that went to go eat breakfast. so alot of guest where up set that there was no breakfast left to eat at 7:00 am. Considering front desk told guests including my family breakfast was at 7:00 am.. That was when they ran out of food according to the people at the front desk. a couple of homeless people hanging out and around the hotel when my family arrived asking out for hand outs. i let front desk know about them, they just shrugged their shoulders and said they knew about them.
IT WAS CLEAN. FOR THE...
it was full of homeless when we checked in two different homeless people were put right next to us in the hotel room. The sink was clogged couldn’t wash my face , it was an uncomfortable stay ,slamming doors alright we got up and left at 5am …. we couldn’t cancel and go somewhere else.
It was very quiet at which is a huge plus. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked beautifully. Our room was clean.
Toilet ran a little the whole time.
That the staff was friendly. And helpful. I got changed rooms. 226 Due to light not working in the bathroom in the first room.
I was given room 226. I got in the room. The bathroom light did not work. Beds were not made. I went to the front desk asked to be changed rooms. Due to the light in the bathroom not working. 224 the security lock did not work.
