Motel 6-Las Cruces NM - Telshor

Negatives: No breakfast,poor cleanliness,bad shape room

Negatives: My room sounding like a school hall way with the wind blowing thru it.

Negatives: needs painting and decor. Not even a picture.

Negatives: TV was a little to small picture quality wasn't that great

Negatives: We were one the second floor and instantly when you went down the hallway it smelled so bad, it smelled dirty and super unclean.

Negatives: Besides my room, the pool and jacuzzi were down for maintenance, so they weren't available the 3 days I was there, and I never saw anyone working on them. As mentioned, the remote control for my TV wasn't working and there was only 1 hanger on the clothes rack. There was no phone in the room. There were some food/drink spots on the wall, and the full length mirror was smeary. The shower walls had soap scum. I was out most of the day so these things weren't especially troublesome. I would have liked a non-slip mat in the tub, but I don't know if that is standard. What really surprised me was that in the 3 days I was there (arrived Monday afternoon, left Thursday morning), housekeeping never came to my room. Not once. I didn't know what the standard was supposed to be, but I later read that housekeeping should have come every day. I didn't ask about it because I didn't know the standard for it, and like I said, I wasn't in my room much. I am a tidy person and keep things clean, and I had adequate supplies, but I expected to at least come back to a made bed, a clean sink and/or shower, and replacement towels.

Negatives: People were in and out all night fighting couldn’t sleep called office at 2,3 4am also called from my cell phone and no answer. Toilet and shower were clogged. Demanded a refund and never got it
