Great comfy beds and pillows, great hot breakfast. The Internet cafe area on 3rd floor had fresh ground coffee and a massage chair .

Massage chair on our floor. We had a suite and it was fully furnished! We also had a bath tub!

Front desk staff was slow, didnt answer the phones, they wouldnt greet customers waiting to be helped at the counter and they complained about the cleaning staff who was completely slammed and doing their best. Pool/hot tub was not operational.

The 2 room 2 bathroom suite was amazing! Big for a family of 7. Loved the breakfast. Loved the common area with the massage chair! Teens loved the mini coffee machine for tea and hot chocolate
