We all got a 4:30 a.m. wakeup call by the fire alarm. A staff member told my son it happens frequently when breakfast is being cooked. When I mentioned it at checkout I was told it rarely happens. Even rarely is not acceptable. Only when I asked was I given a discount on my rate and it was so small that it was insulting. My lack of sleep made the next leg of my journey feel unsafe.

Ryan was wonderful at getting us an early check in so we get up to the mountain and ski. Deborah was so helpful and nice each encounter and her cookies were amazing!!
