This hotel was awful! Our heater didn’t work and our window and door was open when we came back for the day. Asked to be changed to another room and the toilet broke and wouldn’t stop flushing all morning in the new room. Do not recommend

I was given a floor level room. Guests above me were stomping literally all night. Water pipes were loud and sleep was not restful. Second night, neighborhood cats began fighting outside at 3am! Then someone turned on their shower and the pipes were loud again. No sleep at all.

We had stayed here previously in 2019, pre-pandemic, and enjoyed it. The room was quiet, in decent repair, and we slept well. These features were similar this trip also.
Negatives:
This time the breakfast was very poor. Most items were pre-packaged and intended to be microwaved: small muffins, sausage patty in a biscuit, egg omelet. Flavor was lacking although the egg omelet wasn't too bad. No cereal, no toast, only orange juice for fruit. When we returned home and checked our credit card bill, we discovered that an additional 10 cents had been charged, probably to ensure that the card was valid when we checked in. I quibble about this because we had prepaid months earlier, with the same card, and we were previously a good customer. Breakfast matters to us, and other Days Inn's that we have stayed at offer much better. The 10 cent charge is really a bit of an insult.
