I liked nothing about this motel. We were told on arrival that we did not have a reservation. We gave the clerk our confirmation number. He called the manager. She was very rude and short, said there was a double-booking. She had called my cell

30 minutes earlier and acted like she had done her part, it was now on me. She said there had been a double-booking, too bad for me. She acted like I had double-booked (absurd), and offered no assistance. If I were her boss I would fire her.

The room smelled stale and kind of funky. Dogs were all over the facility. Security was lacking. Anyone could walk into side entrances because they are not locked. The bathroom just felt unclean.
