Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. I enjoyed the layout of the room, huge TV on a swivel so I could watch while having breakfast in the kitchen area and then when winding down in bed.. Awesome.
Negatives:
In the bathroom there wasn't a shower liner just a decorative hanging, it was so short it barely touched the top of the tub so when I turned on the water for a shower it made a drenchful mess each time..Also the TV guide was off. For example it showed Bravo on channel 28. I turn on 28 and HGTV comes on, which based on the guide is channel 29. I changed to channel 27 and Bravo came on. It was only on certain channels. Very weird. I shared both concerns on check out and I'm confident Michelle is going to take care of what she can.

The rooms had out dated television, the microwave plate was too big for the microwave, the first room they assigned us, the door wouldn't close, took nearly 15 minutes to get hot water, and not enough bedside tables.

We had a rough beginning of a stay, Adam our Manager worked diligently to accommodate us, he has the greatest customer service skills. I apologize sincerely for getting off to a rough start Adam! The coffee was good. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The location was very good for my needs.

The room(s) were filthy. I moved after the first night into a new room because the first one was not very clean - especially the carpeting and had a very strong odor. The room the moved me into appeared better at first, however it was dusty and it was obvious the flooring had not been cleaned for a very long time. Window sills (inside the room) were dirty and spider-web laden.

The first room carpet was dirty & the room had a terrible odor. After the first night, I requested to be moved to a different room with lvt flooring. Although at first glance it appeared better, I still needed to open the windows due to a very stale/musty smell. Upon further inspection, I noticed the shelving & front of the dresser were completely dusty. The floor under the bed looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks - full of dust balls & hair. When I complained to the front desk and showed them pictures of how dirty the room was, I was told that there was no one available to help take care of the problem. The only way I was able to resolve the problem was to go to a nearby Walmart & purchase cleaning supplies to take care of the issue myself.

The property was in a safe area, although it was right alongside a major thorough fare in Albuquerque.
Negatives:
There was an issue with the reservation which was made for two double beds, and we received a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. While they gave us a discount on the reservation, one of us slept on a pull out, bed the entire week not so fun. The rooms floors were very dusty and we had to ask multiple times to get the floors swept while we were there.  The noise level from the street was annoying and other guests in the hotel we’re not quite.
