Negatives: My Mother Had to go to urgent care when we returned home because a metal that was sticking out of the bed got her ankle

Negatives: Water fixture on n bathtub was coming off the wall

Negatives: Poor functioning toilet even after repairs supposedly completed. Very accommodating about room change.

Negatives: The room door kept getting stuck trying to open, smelled like Marijuana in the elevator, the bathroom door needed to be repainted.

Negatives: No fruit or coffee available at 530am.

Negatives: Room kinda had a order

Negatives: The sheets felt like paper. Was not comfortable.

Negatives: Very dirty, had to change rooms two times to get a clean bed, and working a/c

Negatives: The room smelled bad and the carpet was very dirty. only one soap was given no bodywash was given. one soap either you can wash your hands or take shower. The bathtub water was clogged, not draining properly we told the helpdesk and they gave us a different room to take shower but that room was also the same. But as we were in a hurry and stayed for a night while on the way back from our trip we just had time to go and again tell them. As it looks like an old hotel it needs good maintenance for the bathtub/sink /carpet/ elevator. The elevator smelled very bad, every time we used we used to cover our noses. Breakfast was not good. Breads had a different kind of smell. As a vegetarian, we had only one option i.e. bread and butter.
