First room, toilet would not flush 2nd room the roof was caving in at a corner from water damage. There was lots of sheet rock on the floor

No elevator and it is listed as having breakfast but there was none available, and the hot tub was unavailable.

Great location. Staff was extremely friendly! The rooms was clean.

I was expecting a continental breakfast as that was an amenity that was listed. However, that was not the case. There was no breakfast. The restroom was rotting. Rotted walls and mold in the restroom. The bedroom walls paints was pealing in some corners.

The receptionist was friendly & courteous.

The fridge wasn't empty upon arrival. The sink had a steady drip when turned off. One of the towels was stained & being a white towel, it should've been bleached. There was no breakfast, hot or cold. The breakfast was a big reason we chose that hotel.

It would have been nice if the tv and phones in the room worked. I was told there was some sort of dispute with the satellite company and there was not service. The satellite worked in the breakfast area. No one would come to the room to look at the issue
