We were taken to a room were somebody had already checked into cuz the doors were locked from the inside then we were relocated to another room but unfortunately I was charged for both rooms for the weekend because of error w the staff and I could not get a manager or supervisor to ever call me back to fix the issue after calling numerous times which was clearly not my fault.
