Negatives: The TV was limited to wifi channels. No local channels, the basic channels and ESPN were not available. Although the general idea of soap and shampoo dispensers are a good idea these either do not work or work poorly.

Positives: Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Negatives: No breakfast provided as advertised. No coffee in the room. A pot of coffee was available in the lobby after 7 am. Internet tv kept going offline and couldn't watch. Airconditioning was barely functioning. Overall poor experience. Not stay there again.

Negatives: Ice and vending machines were not accessible after 10pm. Picked up cup that were wrapped and there were dirty cups inside them. Had a child get sick and when we asked for clean bedding, were told they didnt have any extra. Curtains broke. Sink leaked

Positives: the 1st room I was given had a completely broken door lock & jamb which made me feel unsafe, so unsafe that I spent the 1st night at a Days Inn. The room was filthy. The 2nd room had bugs in it, dirty towels, & bedding.I paid for 14 days &only stayed7
Negatives: The health dept. needs to be called. How can you promote such horrible accomodations? I would appreciate a refund of half of the amount that I paid for this hotel.

Positives: Easy to find, not crowded. Staff was very nice.
Negatives: Fridge & TV weren't working when we got back to rm in the evening. You get what you pay for.

Positives: Availability and price. I knew what we gonna get but it seemed as though the hotel had recently been purchased/or under new management because the address that I got at time of reservation was incorrect.
Negatives: I know it seems minor, but the plumbing was bad, specifically the toilet. Had to flush multiple. Also, we only received one room key, even though there were two of us, and lastly, the doors were didnt open easily with key. It was a pain.

Positives: The staff was very polite and always & when we asked for a downstairs instead of upstairs she accomdated us without hassle.
Negatives: It said there would be breakfast well there was not and then we were told that they would have a grab and go breakfast bags and there was not they did not even have the lobby open when i went down there to turn in the key a little after 6:00 am
