1) There wasnt an elevator! This was a first. Thankfully we didnt have much luggage bring on the 2nd floor. 2) They provided 3 small, uncomfortable pillows. 3) The towels were beyond low quality

Negatives:
Wifi was subpar, low water pressure and extremely hard water made a shower rather pointless? Refrigerator in the room barely kept anything cool. The sign at the check in counter encourages people to not use third party booking sites like booking.com and Expedia because of the high fees being charged that affects their profits, yet they want to charge almost double that price by booking with them directly! Here's a thought if you don't want us to use third party sites - offer up a fair price comparable to what third party sites offer and keep the profit!
