Positives: Everything's was very good
Negatives: Can't complain
Positives: I like the location. It made it easy to get where I needed to go.
Negatives: I did not like the customer service. The hotel clerk may just wait a while when we were checking in and my mom was standing there with a cane and I asked my mom do you want to go ahead and sit down. And then there was no coffee no orange juice in the morning around 9:00 a.m.. and the customer came and asked for coffee and she was rude to him.

Positives: The staff and specifically Neva were exceptionally kind and excelled in customer service. The rooms and entire facility was clean and well kept. We will definitely be staying again.
Negatives: I did not have any complaints.
Positives: The pool n breakfast was a big hit with my kids
Positives: location and friendly staff.
Negatives: The furniture is very old, and the rooms need a deep cleaning.
Excellent for family, friendly staff...
Positives: Close to the Resort, well kept for the most part.
Negatives: Tab coating peeled off and the mt view is of the parking lot and mountains behind it, not worth the extra $$
Positives: It helped me get away for a little while
Negatives: The main light in the bathroom was out but no big deal
Positives: Excellent breakfast. Excellent customer service. Personal very nice.
Negatives: The housekeeping/cleaning of the room was not on a daily basis. Did not happen during our 4 day stay. We had to empty our own trash and some other clients didn't, therefore foul smelling can start from that poor cleaning service. That's the only observation. Thanks for accepting our furry family.
Overall excellent stay.
