I like the location. It made it easy to get where I needed to go.
Negatives:
I did not like the customer service. The hotel clerk may just wait a while when we were checking in and my mom was standing there with a cane and I asked my mom do you want to go ahead and sit down. And then there was no coffee no orange juice in the morning around 9:00 a.m.. and the customer came and asked for coffee and she was rude to him.

Excellent breakfast. Excellent customer service. Personal very nice.
Negatives:
The housekeeping/cleaning of the room was not on a daily basis. Did not happen during our 4 day stay. We had to empty our own trash and some other clients didn't, therefore foul smelling can start from that poor cleaning service. That's the only observation. Thanks for accepting our furry family.
