Hotel Ruidoso - Midtown

Negatives: The pool was closed, but we was accommdated to a near by hotel!°

Negatives: Beds could be a little more comfortable. A/c didn't work that great.

Negatives: N/A

Negatives: Staff was not available to address us needing additional blankets.

Negatives: we got first a stinky room, they knew it had a certain smell that wasnt going away and still gave it to us. We had to change room. Breakfast it's pretty basic but this time was really bad, no warm food, only pain bread, waffles and the coffeeee was not good filtered. Will think twince to stay next time.

Negatives: There was a fire alarm at 1 a.m. Grateful that there's was no fire! Chlorine in spa was overwhelming.

Negatives: The pool had way too much chemical. The water was cloudy. It burned the inside of our nose and throats. Left our skin really dry . Ran into the old maintenance guy saying that was always an issue. The pool was one of the main reason why we stayed. Kids have to swim and this was a HUGE disappointment .

Negatives: It was a pleasant stay.

Negatives: Fix the room’s electric plugs so I could use the microwave and coffee maker and refrigerator all at the same time. Very disappointed this time.

Negatives: Rooms were a bit dirty under the sofa bed , food wrappers and dirty napkins and behind the tv was an old sock .

Negatives: When we first arrived, the hotel seemed quaint and clean. We soon learned things were not as they appeared.There was something clogging our toilet, and the air conditioner was not working the first night. The toilet was fixed the first night. However, we were told to simply open the window in order to refresh our room. The AC had a quick fix the following day. The frontdesk attendant was not extremely foul-mouthed. When I asked him for pool towels, he rolled his eyes turned and went to retrieve them. I tried to get close so that he didn't have to walk so much because he was in pain. What he didn't know was that I could hear him swearing about having to go back and forth while his foot was hurting so badly. He may have simply needed the night off to rest his hurting limb. We found two different socks that did not belong to us in the room;one on the floor and the other rolled up in the sheets to one of the beds near the bottom. My daughter came home with bed bug bites from the trip. She was the only one to sleep in the sheets on a separate bed that I. The general manager gave us approximately an $80 discount, which still is not reflected in my bank statement. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
