The staff were amazing & the room was lovely, luxurious and incredibly comfortable! We got engaged during our stay and the hotel staff appeared to be just as excited as us and helped us celebrate with wine & congratulations!!
Negatives:
Not a problem but just to be aware - due to the building being older, the wifi didnt reach our room. This was only an issue as were international visitors so it was a little harder to get service.

The spa wasnt working. It was finally tarped over the last day. The pool needs resurfacing. The sink was dripping. I reported it but it was not repaired. There was no in-room safe.
