I love this property staff very friendly and polite it is aswell the rooms are always clean and comfortable

I did not dislike anything, truly it is my stays here always I enjoy them and never have I had any issues or problems, it is that I am sure that if there was anything to arise, I do believe and have total confidence that if there was or would evere a problem that staff would do what was needed to fix or remedy this issue. So I highly recommend this place .

Room was clean, everything was in working condition, and breakfast at Penny's diner was a great start to our day.
Positives:
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The outside of the hotel was nice and clean. The location was good, we had the restaurant and gas station at walks length away which was very convenient.
Negatives:
Sadly the water was not working and we had no water, we do understand the pipes were leaking too but we were unable to get cleaned up before our event, the room floor was not very clean but we understood since they did not have housekeeping staff.
