Extremely rude an seemed overwhelmed. We got our keys an entered a very shabby unkempt room that was less than clean or comfortable. So we decided to take a jacuzzi before bed . We went to the facilities an noticed a mess an alot of people an things were in a mess . The hottub had one other person in so we got in as I entered I slipped on the Slimy walls of the pool an it was so filthy an smelled horrible. We immediately got out an went to the front desk to ask for a refund where we were met with more rudeness an a refusal to give a refund in short we left an will Never stay there again ! Hence my review Absolutely terrible buisness practice .the Health dept should be involved Absolutely gross

The woman who checked us in was nice. The rooms were clean. The lobby was clean. The included breakfast was great for a holiday inn, with a range of food options including oatmeal, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice.
Negatives:
The showerhead in our room was not great. Water sprayed outward rather than down. Probably clogged by calcium buildup and needs to be replaced.
