Stopped here for an overnight stay on a road trip between Niagara Falls and Boston. Twin Queen room was clean, comfortablle and there was ample space for our stay. We enjoyed a beer and evening meal in the 'sports' bar, food was good and plentiful! Free car parking.

I like the fact that it offers a solid gym with a pool. It also has a Starbucks and decent restaurant in the lower level. Would fully recommend this for folks going to a conference at University at Albany.

It's across the street from a major hospital, which is convenient for families visiting or patients recovering, but there are occasional helicopters and ambulance noises.
