The fact that I only had to stay for one night.

This place is in poor condition and is not clean. The room I was assigned had an awful odor, like a family of neglested German Shepherds had been staying there. Clerk's solution was to spray commercial deodorant.

Positives:
I stayed here because everything else was sold out for the eclipse, and I was worried that it would be gross because of the mixed reviews. However, I was pleasantly that the bed and bathroom was clean, the bed was comfy and the room had everything I needed for my overnight stay.
Negatives:
The walls are a little thin so you can hear noise from other rooms.

The hot water. That it was close to home and cheap
Negatives:
The owners ,the dirty room I had to clean. No extra towels or sheets. The owner treated me and my husband like black trash and thought we were homeless. All weekend they kept saying this is not an extended stay hotel. Which we never asked we have a home. Kept saying only two in rooms . Which I purchased 2 rooms for 4 people. So I don't know why they would keep saying it.
