We have stayed in Tru by Hilton several times and have always been happy with our stays. The beds are so comfortable and everything we need is there. We're happy to have the squeeze bottles with soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Thank you!

Staff was friendly. Hotel was cute and trendy and decorated very well. Bed was comfy. Great location.

Only complaint was that the bedding had some minor stains on it. Sheets were fine, it was just the comforter.

The room smelled like wet dog. We got moved to another room and it still smelled like wet dog. No waffles or pancakes.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was fast. Location is perfect for the airport, especially for a late-night arrival. Check in was fast and the night staff were friendly and quick. Breakfast was hot and filling.
Negatives:
Cleaning staff started knocking on the door about 8 am and came back several times even with the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. I had until noon to check out and finally got frustrated and checked out early and sat in the lobby to wait.
