Negatives: the guy work In morning and mr Patel work I’m evening shifts awesome people

Negatives: They charge a room deposit. Wish it had been disclosed at booking would probably made different choice. I'm not terribly trusting it will be refunded.

Negatives: Having been woken up at 2.30 am by guests banging on doors, yelling,screaming, fighting,until Police were involved & arrested the people . Unfortunately I couldn't get back to sleep, my granddaughter was scared that they would come back. I also had to drive another 10 hrs without sleep. It's not the motel's fault but I feel it gave the motel a bad rap.

Negatives: they charge $100 incidentals at the door and already booked through booking.con no cancellations. so you have to make sure you have the extra $100

Negatives: The number of electrical sockets accessible to the one nightstand. The number of furniture and no closet for hanging clothes and jackets were not suitable. However, there was a table and one chair.

Negatives: staff was rude when I called about over payment.

Negatives: Our room was a no smoking room, yet there was a burn hole smack dab in the middle of the comforter on the bed (picture attached). There was a large stain on the comforter as well. The room also smelled like stale cigarettes. There was trash under the bed and air system that wasn't left by us (lip chap, crumbs/lint, papers, etc.). The bathroom floor has a big air bubble under the fake wood and is a trip hazard. Absolutely disgusting all around. If we weren't exhausted at 1 AM when we got there, we would not have stayed.
