Je n'ai pas apprci. La personne l'accueil lors de notre arrive n'a pas repondu nos attentes. Impoli etc. La dame le lendemain matin tait correcte.

La propret laissait grandement dsirer. Les frais chargs lors de notre arrive. Ne pas vouloir m'accorder le prix qu'il y avait sur internet. Deux frais ont t charg sur ma carte de crdit.

Bathroom was not clean at all. mirror was dirty, cobwebs behind the door. Bed was very very hard. Breakfast was until 9 got there at 8am, there was very little food left.

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO NOT SURE THIS IS FAIR, STAFF UNABLE TO HANDLE MY PROBLEM AND NO FOLLOW THROUGH AFTERWARDS. EVERYONE KNOWS MISTAKES WILL HAPPEN AND CAN BE BEYOND THE FACILITY'S CONTROL, BUT THAT IS WHEN THE BUSINESS' INTEGRITY IS CRUCIAL!

Very surprise expected less for basic hotels it did meet all my needs.

Convenient location but hotel needs a lot of updating. Good cost but I would pay a little more for a better bed and cleaner room.

The location was good. There were restaurants nearby. Beds were okay.
Negatives:
I didn't mind that the room was old. But there were areas in the room that were not cleaned well. The room phone was greasy and dusty and behind the tv, there was dust, too. I just wished they cleaned the room well.
