Street parking was very easy and free, the neighborhood is nice and our room was very quiet on the weekdays we spent there.
Negatives:
It’s pretty expensive for a basic room, maybe it would have felt like more worth it if we had used the pool. And I did kill a cockroach in the room.

No amenities in the room loke minifridge, coffee maker, or water heater.
The hotel run out of towels: no hand towels when we arrived, nonhande towels the following day.
On our third day the room was not serviced.

The hotel met our basic needs for the one night stay we needed. The staff was very helpful with questions and addressing concerns.
Negatives:
The shower did not work properly so we were not able to take advantage of the special features. Unfortunately we found out about this the morning we were leaving so the the staff did not have an opportunity to fix it.

Positives:
Luxe King was sparsely outfitted and furnished but spacious. Bathroom small but clean. Great bath products and daily housekeeping.
Negatives:
Small lobby, room floors not secure, rooftop lounge seasonal and was not open, restaurant was barely open for breakfast. No robes, slippers. minibar, iron, luggage rack or privacy curtain.
