The check in process was great. We were ably supported by an amazing lady who made us feel welcome from the very start and helped us with our bags and room as we arrived early. All staff greeted us as we walked past or interacted with them. Access to hot beverages throughout the day is a great touch in addition a good range of options for breakfast. Great onsite bar too.
The hotel is in a superb location with good access to trains, restaurants and shops.
We had an amazing second stay. Would highly recommend.

The facility’s location is good, and the room is clean; the bathroom is huge, as large as the room itself. What we like the most is the shower area. The water pressure is great and the water sewage is great, too. The only problem we had is that our room is facing the busy street. As a result, the traffic noise is very noticeable until midnight.
