We have stayed here over the years and have to say that it is showing signs of aging. Towels are limited, no washcloths, the carpets old and damp, chips and gashes on furniture & walls.

At 2am I’ve heard water drops coming from the ceiling, it was leaking, went downstairs and they didn’t even say sorry, just had to change room which wasn’t comfortable at all, and in the morning went for the breakfast and they told me that it wasn’t including! And when I chose the room it said Breakfast available l, when room doesn’t have breakfast included it always says no breakfast included, I asked receptionist and she told me that breakfast is available but I had to pay for it, so playing with the words, not even normal coffee,
We are staying in the hotel mostly every week and I’ve never wrote review but they just made my one day off awful, couldn’t go back to sleep, all my clothes got wet

Upon arrival the room was not fully cleaned there was a bug under the sheets crawling around, the pillow case had some sort of stain , and the bathroom sink had a long strand of hair on the the sink . The valet put my car under the wrong room and the online services for the car was never available for me to use because I never received the text message with the link.

Positives:
Great location and relatively good price a ~$350/ night for a two queen bed room. Strong air conditioning (cold).
Negatives:
Not enough towels for the four people on the reservation. First night, there were only two towels + floor towel in the bathroom. Second night there were *no* towels and it took two calls and 45 minutes to receive any. Room phone did not work, but front desk answered cell calls. Room and bathroom are very small and bathroom has basically zero counter space. Moderately well maintained throughout, but definitely everything is worn looking. Beds comfortable but covers are an all-flat-sheet sandwich that falls apart and gets tangled at night. Left an item in the room, emailed them within 12 hours of departure, but hotel staff have not yet responded 24 hours later.
