Positives:
The room is spacious, well-lit, and easy to navigate. The bed, pillows, and linens are comfortable and of high quality. Everything is clean and tidy. There’s a comfortable writing desk with a good lamp, and the TV screen is sufficiently large. The wardrobe is compact but includes an ironing board and iron. There’s even a microwave oven (although I would suggest placing it somewhere other than the suitcase stand!). The toilet and sink are comfortable, and there’s a large mirror in the bathroom, with an additional one in the hallway. The restaurant offers excellent service and delicious food.
Negatives:
The hotel is located on a small street, which can make it difficult for cars (including Uber) to stop in front, even for a brief moment, particularly during heavy traffic. The floor carpets are somewhat worn. It would be helpful to have a few coat hooks, as the walls are otherwise bare. Additionally, the shower lacks a portable head, and the water pressure cannot be adjusted.

Room was okay and to expectation. Room service leaves you alone if desired.
Negatives:
Extremely rude staff. They don't enforce no smoking rule. Carry own bags to room with a pregnant wife. Charge $3 for small water that they wont bring to the room. Many other options nearby at the same price and good customer service. Charged gratuity to room after checkout (received charge a week after with no notification).
