Hotel RL Brooklyn

Negatives: The hotel had shut down with no warning. We didnt receive any notification and we got there to be told that it had shut and to walk three blocks to another hotel which was expecting us. It wasn’t expecting us

Negatives: The hotel was not open and operating. It was being used as a shelter. Not sure why they're letting anyone continue to book it.

Negatives: Deposit has not been refunded despite them saying it's been issued, over one month International travellers beware

Negatives: Neighbourhood could feel a bit dodgy in the evening to those unfamiliar with US cities.

Negatives: you have to pay a deposit for the room. the hotel bar is transforming into a very loud night club ( even on Sunday). if your room is on the second floor, it is nearly impossible to sleep. we asked to change room and we’re relocated on the 8th floor. I was told I would get a refund for the first night ( which I did not receive yet) it was better as for the noise. however, the staff ( except for one person who worked at the reception) is not friendly and does not seem to find it a problem the music is so loud it is impossible to sleep. The sheets were not clean.

Negatives: There was a party on the property every night that didn't allow us to sleep, and the staff was not responsive about it at all. This also entailed that other guests were drunk and loud around the property.

Negatives: Not a good area at night and there is a club in the lobby that plays music super loud very late into the night. I could hear the music in my room and I was on the 6th floor!!
