Positives: I stay at this hotel every year when I come to New York. The location is perfect for where I need to go and what I need to do while visiting New York. I will continue to stay at this property in the future.

Negatives: There were only two issues that I had. Firstly, I asked for change on several occasions so that I could tip the housekeeper. To my supprise, the Front Desk did not have change. I found this to be rediculous. Secondly, the hotel ran out of bottled water one day which was frustrating.

Positives: The hotel is centrally located in downtown Brooklyn. If you’re interested in taking the subway, you have a great station minutes away and across the street. You have accessibility to a lot of restaurants, a shopping mall, and a small new park across the street. The hotel itself is super clean and very cute! I love their little coffee shop.

Positives: The location is fantastic. Hoyt St subway is on the doorstep and Jay St Metro is a short walk. Plus you have a food court and Trader Joes directly opposite. And lots of shops - Sephora, Starbucks, Target, H&M to name a few. The room and bed were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Negatives: My air con / heating unit did not work. On the first evening the system had to be switched off as it was very noisy and it was not possible to repair. Unfortunately no other rooms were available. It was not an issue as it was a mild March during my stay but in the summer or winter this would have been a problem. There was also a cockroach in my bathroom. The hotel staff were very quick in dealing with my issues. House services came and removed the cockroach.

Positives: A good position if you’re looking for a place in Brooklyn. The hotel is neat, nice personnel and the rooms are larger for what you usaualy get in New York. The downside is expensive parking and not having too many facilities like laundry, pool.
