The wooden construction of the bed support was bigger that the mattras, so it we bumped it often. As the room is quite small, the is not much space between the wall and the bed.

No one to check me in, no mobile check in, gave me keys to an already occupied room, hallways were filthy, dirty handprints all over the wall in my room, broken light fixtures, broken mirror, holes in the wall, refilled “Beekman” products that were not Beekman, no heat in stairwells, one 1 pillow per guest, no comforter just a very think blanket covered with a sheet.

Fruit juice missing at breakfast an other choices than bagels every day. Hotel not croded at this time of the year but is very quickly noisy when next rooms are occupied. Carpet should absolutly be changed in corridors.

Positives:
Great location though on a strange warehouse filled block of the neighborhood. Easy walk to the train and to the nearby spots. This aspect was perfect for my needs.
Negatives:
I found the rooms to be pretty sterile -- no carpet on the concrete floors as shown in the photos. The desk was only sometimes staffed. Overall, the place has more of a hostel feel -- though that's not what the price is like!
