Place is under construction very loud and they charger d me an extra 250 security fee then took 45 mins to get coffee in the morning

The staff and hotel is very nice pool everything just the night i stayed i had to call front desk twice because kids was running in hallway untill 11 pm front desk kept telling me security was outside they would take care of it after calling twice

The hotel room has bed bugs. I got bitten more than 10 times during night. huge skin reaction in the next few days. worst experience ever.

Great location. That is one of the reasons we have come back to this location each year when we go see the Buffalo Sabres.
Negatives:
Cleanliness wasnt very good. The staircase carpeting was very stained and each day had the same trash in them littering the stairs. Never heard a vacuum in the hallways.
There was a fire one night and we never received any communication from anyone on what happened. We were outside for about 30 minutes on the back side of the property. We watched people at the front of the building finally going back in and everyone where we were figured we could go back in.
