The location was perfect. Easy access to the Interstate and to downtown Canastota to dine out. Re: the breakfast. It looked fine, however we had plans to meet friends for breakfast nearby so we did not partake.

Went to a play in Syracuse 22 miles away from this hotel which is a great price and location!!!

The staff. It was also pet friendly so we could take our fur baby.

Construction it was apparent that work was needed. The room we had was a bit left unfinished in spots.

It was brief but the location and staff saved us from having to drive back home in the same night.

.Staff members were congenial and helpful with regard to recommendations.

First, cleanliness. Floors were dirty and I would not walk on the floors barefoot. Wore a pair of socks when I was not in shoes. Socks were filthy and I discarded them. Upon arriving in the room, shampoo wrappers were scattered on the floor in the bathroom. The sink leaked in two places. Put towels on the floor to absorb water. Doorways had obviously not been painted in a VERY long time as they had large chips of paint missing. Shower curtain did not fit and allowed water to spill onto the floor, also so long it took up part of the shower floor. No grab bars in shower. Side entrance door was not secure.

The room smelled like mildew. There was no deadbolt on the door. The room was not really clean, and the sheets on the bed were disappointing. The hotel is overpriced for what we received.
