Someone was smoking in there room on the same floor as us. Front desk said they had talked to the person about that before. Sprayed hall will chemicals. Next morning same thing. Front desk said sorry. Will not stay there again.

Lounge/restaurant was nice and staff were very nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely.

The rooms are very dated, walls are very thin, cleaners were loud and heard easily in the morning and woke us up. There is a very gross odor to the floor and rooms. We were asked to leave the pool/hot tub area promptly at 10 & everyone was disappointed.

We were not informed that both the pool and hot tub were out if service before arriving. This could have been done via email at least. Also no adjustment in price of room was attempted for the inconvenience.
