We called to make sure the pool was open and were told that it was, but when we got there, the pool was closed. Very disappointing for my young son. The people at the front desk looked miserable and unhappy to see us. We certainly did not feel welcomed while checking. .

We did not get the room we booked on this site! Got a call from hotel the day before informing me that they oversold the 2 bedroom suites. Even though I booked it 1 month before. Was very disappointed. We were going for friends bday and wanted to be all together. They ended up giving me 3 separate rooms and only 2 were near each other. 1 was on another floor. This needs to be addressed w the third party booking sites and hotel

Quiet area and close to many things to do and places to eat.
Negatives:
Outdated/broken furniture and appliances in the rooms. Dresser cabinets in the rooms were broken. Kitchen sink only put out boiling hot water. Our neatly put away garbage was kicked all over the hallway overnight by someone and I had to clean it up in the morning. The next night we had a drunk person sleeping by our door which made me feel unsafe as I was traveling with my 2 year old. Overall was an okay stay if needed to be in that location.
