We booked for 5 adults and indicated that our check in would be late at night, however the sofa bed was not set up and only 4 bath towels in the room. The floors are sticky on the feet, don't feel clean enough and some furniture are chipped.

Appliance did not work. Asked them to repair, but they did not repair. Only offered to switch room 3 days before our departure. Very disappointing. The room was not cleaned well. Door between the rooms don’t shut properly. Drawers open randomly on their own. Rooms seem dated.

Hotel was good, nothing extra ordinary.

Early check in false promise- While booking we had requested early check. We were well aware that early check-in cannot be guaranteed. A day before the stay we received email from the hotel that early check in was confirmed. We made the 10 hours drive based that. Only to be told at the front desk that the email from the hotel means nothing. We were asked to wait for hours. The front was not even willing to listen and see the email we received.
Booking room type- When we eventually got the room, it was not what we had booked. We had booked room with 2 beds, instead were given room with one king bed. This time thanks to the helpful person and n the front desk we got another room after a 30 minute wait.

Housekeeping should improve the quality of it's employees cleaning of rooms. 2 employees would just be there talking in the room, only left towels and removed the garbage. Another employee Ligia did a great job! Thanks
