The check in employee in the morning was amazing. The shuttle never showed up for my 4am shuttle to Amtrak so this male employee drove me to Depew station so I wouldn’t miss the train!! God Bless him. Very sweet gentleman.

On checking out hotel. The man at reception desk claimed the printer was broken. He send email receipt to me. He tried but I got all blank receipts. On requesting receipt from different person on the front desk. They only send me one room receipt. Called again 5 times. They didn't care. Last 2 times, I was extreme polite to explain that I called again because I really not got receipt. The front desk simply just hang up for me. So far, I still only have one room recieipt. What is going on there with the staff?

We arrived at 2:00pm and we're told there were no clean rooms. There was a lady that went and checked rooms and said there were clean rooms, but the person at check in said he could not check us in. It took over 30-45 mins before we finally got our room.
Positives:
We stayed twice at your hotel during this trip. First, we flew into Buffalo Airport and had reserved your hotel in advance. Then on our return to Buffalo at the end of our trip, we stayed again at your hotel. The breakfast the first time we stayed was excellent! There was a woman who was in charge and she was on top of everything! All the breakfast items were in stock and she kept everything very clean. Then, when we stayed at the end of our trip, a man was in charge of the breakfast area. It was pitiful. There was hardly anything available to eat and he seemed to care less.
