Where do I start? The 2 opened tuna fish containers still on the lavatory counter when I walked into the room and the coffee grounds still in the coffee maker? The dirty bathroom? The nicked up unpainted walls? The unkempt front staff that didn’t look you in the eyes? The stale bagels at “breakfast“?

The location of the hotel. They allowed me to check out an hour later.
Negatives:
The customer service was not that good. The hotel grounds crew don't seem to be considerate of guests. Mowing starting at 7AM on a Saturday morning for hours. My room had hardly any hot water and the hotel didn't seem to want to fix the situation.

The place was dirty and there was mildew in the spa tub. The whole room was just nasty. Staff was rude, the ice in the ice machine tasted terrible. I was in a bad accident about a year ago, I need extra pillows for my leg and of course I forgot to bring mine from home. When. I asked for a couple I was told no we have no extra pillows, when I told the receptionist why I needed them she still said they didn't have any. I have never heard of such a thing. This place was just disgusting in every way you can think of. I cannot believe that it is located in Clifton Park and I am appalled by what I paid for it. Would not let my animals stay there!

The staff was wonderful! Every single person I had contact with was pleasant, courteous and above and beyond helpful.

The room could have been cleaner. Some things were dirty.

TV was bad. There was about a 5-10 second delay between pressing the remote button and the channel changing. No elevator (2 floor hotel but carrying luggage upstairs was a bit of a pain).
