Negatives: Room wasn't cleaned, I arrived late, tired and didn't check the room. The following day, I noticed it wasn't cleaned; the previous customer's socks, coffee and garbage were still in the room. Maybe he or she was hiding under the bed but I didn't check ;-).

Negatives: Parking was not well marked upon arriving. WAITED IN LOBBY FOR 15 minutes before seeing a hotel employee to check me in ( it was 8 pm ). Lobby was a chaotic scene with a multitude of children and adults congregating and for some running and making a lot of noise.

Negatives: Didnt have one service of the room during our stay. Had to physically ask for more toilet paper, Kleenex, and garbage bags (which we changed ourselves). The indoor pool was closed all week due to maintenance which was one of the main selling points for me so I should be asking for money back but Im not an .

Positives: The staff was very nice and knowledgeable.
Negatives: The shower could use some caulking, the wall needed some paint from where a previous customer bumped up against the wall and lastly the trim around the edges of the room needed attention. One more thing on the outside of the door, it needed paint from people bumping up against it with their luggage.
