Negatives: When water was not available no attempt was made by hotel staff to provide bottled water or other source of water for consumption or use. Evening staff did not register my leaving the hotel

Positives: The pool room wasn't too hot and the pool wasn't over chlorinated.
Negatives: The woman that checked us in at 1am was fabulous, the rest of the staff were unfriendly. I asked one a question and she didn't even look up from folding towels to answer. We had what looked like mouse poop on the desk and ants in the bathroom.

Positives: Rooms were very clean, open to coffee bar with snacks all night . Very pleasant staff.
Negatives: We were expecting to use the pool and hot tub but both were down for maintenance. This was the one reason we chose this motel because we travel with children.
