Price for the area
When water was not available no attempt was made by hotel staff to provide bottled water or other source of water for consumption or use. Evening staff did not register my leaving the hotel
The pool and hot tub
The pool room wasn't too hot and the pool wasn't over chlorinated.
The woman that checked us in at 1am was fabulous, the rest of the staff were unfriendly. I asked one a question and she didn't even look up from folding towels to answer. We had what looked like mouse poop on the desk and ants in the bathroom.
The check in staff friendliness
The check out staff and housekeeping professionalism.
Cleanliness, "breakfast", hot tub was cold, and the morning lady at the front desk seemed to go into the room and took the tip I left for the maid. Not nice!
Kids above us running back and forth all night
Hotel has decreased in quality and cleanliness since closures due to COVID. This is no longer becoming my hotel of choice while in the area.

Could be cleaner and NO amenities during COVID. Need to step it up and stop using COVID as an excuse.
Pool and hot tub have been out of commission for over two months.
Lack of elevator.
Rooms were very clean, open to coffee bar with snacks all night . Very pleasant staff.
We were expecting to use the pool and hot tub but both were down for maintenance. This was the one reason we chose this motel because we travel with children.
The staff was super
The whole reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. It was down both days along with the spa.
